Crewing company STC proposes job for seafarers with experience of work on big bulkers. All vessels are new. STC completed and sent the crew for twenty seven bulkers of a well-established Ship management companies. All vessels were built by shipyards (China) in 2010-2016 and work successfully.
While selecting the candidates for key positions, STC takes into account the following criteria:
A seafarer must have a high qualification on this type of vessel;
Seagoing experience in this position should be not less than three contracts on bulkers of the similar tonnage during the last 2-3 years;
Confident knowledge of English is compulsory.
Key positions, according to our company, are: Master, Chief Officer, Second Officer, Chief Engineer, Second Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Boatswain.
Electrical engineer must have qualification of 1st or 2nd class and proved practical experience with automatic system of A1 class - unmanned control of the engine.
The duration of contract is six months. The crew is Russian speaking. The salaries are high.
The seafarers can reckon on long-term co-operation and promotion, on condition of positive references after the contracts.
In order to be registered in our database with future interview and recruitment, a seafarer should download the form, fill in the "Pre-employment Chek List" and send the form to STC e-mail, indicated in the window. After the investigation of your Pre-employment Chek List and preliminary selection of your candidature, crewing manager will contact you and inform you about future procedure. Before approval to the position, all candidates should have a Skype-interview with the crew department of head office of the Ship Management Company.
Crewing company STC invites for employment seafarers with chemical tanker experience. Tankers are used solely for carriage of chemical cargoes IMO category 2 between the ports. The salaries are high, in the trade range of industry.
STC is also continuing crew manning for tankers with deadweight from 5500 to 17 000. All tankers are of Oil/Chemical class and work in different areas of the World Ocean such as: the South-Western part of the Atlantic Ocean (the Falkland Islands’ region), the Guinean Bay, the South-Eastern part of the Pacific Ocean, the Indian Ocean.
The main activity of the tankers is the fuel supply of the different vessels at high sea or transportation of oil/chemical cargoes on certain freights.
Under the industrial demands (OCIMF), the command staff of the management level (Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer, Second Engineer) and persons, who are directly involved in loading/ unloading operations and control for the cargo (Pump men), must have experience in this position for not less than 12 months during the last three years on this type of vessels (Oil/Chemical).
